Need a little SOUL VACCINATION, a SOUL SHAKEDOWN PARTY, maybe a little SOUL POWER? Well come on out to the 8x10 in Baltimore tomorrow night (Sep 4) to behold the funky good time that is the SOULFULL PARTY. This month’s SOULFULL PARTY is bound to be one of the best yet. First off we have the Rwandan led, American bred newest hottest band on the Reggae scene, the Midnight Soul Pushers (www.myspace.com/midnightsoulpushers). Irie mon! Up next is the vastly talented Bellevederes (www.myspace.com/thebellevederes). Bringing a soul review featuring top notch players, you won’t believe you’re in the year 2009. As always the FOR QUARTERS COLLECTIVE (www.myspace.com/forquarters) will be spinning rare funk cuts to keep the dance floor moving, and HIGHER HANDS (www.higherhandsmusic.com) will do the best impersonation of a sextet that a quintet can offer! That’s right people you must see it to believe it! Tickets are $12 at the door, and this show is ALL AGES. Doors open at 8pm and music starts immediately.
Tired of labor? Us too! Come on down to the Rockfish on Saturday night (Sep 5) and we’ll talk about it. Higher Hands start at 10pm and play til they kick us out!
