This week, yer extra funky band of hipskis, Higher Hands, are most certainly makin moves. You’ll be happy to know that the SOULFULL PARTY is returning to the 8x10 in Baltimore this week… That’s right, Tomorrow: THURSDAY AUGUST 6th, HIGHER HANDS and FOR QUARTERS COLLECTIVE are pleased to present the SOULFULL PARTY featuring the SHOOK CD RELEASE PARTY! Yes in addition to the usual SOULFULL festivities you get first shot at SHOOK’s brand new CD. For those outside the know: SHOOK is a badass band of young funkateers w/ a penchant for the electronic dance inducing side of life. whew! aka NOT to be missed in any capacity.

In addition to the SHOOK CD RELEASE PARTY, you get funky sets from DJs Jason Joseph and J Mack! In addition to SHOOK’s CD RELEASE, and FUNKY DJS, you get 2 that’s right TWO funky sets of music from HIGHER HANDS. It’s the only way we could think of to make this event FUNKY enough! (aside from lots of CAPS) Doors open at 8pm, tickets are $10, this show is ALL AGES!

After we make it SOUL FULL in B-more, HIGHER HANDS will SLIDE up the road on Friday (8/7) for our monthly hit (dingdingding) in Atlantic City NJ at the House of Blues, and then on to Carlisle PA on Saturday @ 4pm fo the Music in the Garden concert series. If anyone’s out towards either of these spots drop us a line and we'll leave the light on for ya.
